How to install Battlefield 4 and Punkbuster on Linux with Lutris.

1: Install Lutris.

2: Install Origin from https://lutris.net/games/battlefield-4/

3.1: Launch Origin
3.2: Log in to Origin
-> If Origin is just appearing as a black screen and freezing turn off:
	3.2.1: Turn off DXVK
	3.2.2: Turn off VKD3D
	3.2.3: Turn off Esync
-> When logged in, turn off Origin and turn on the settings again in 3.2.x and relaunch Origin
	
3.3: Download Battlefield 4 from Origin Launcher

4.1: Open a terminal, go to ~/Games/battlefield-4/drive_c/users/kaktus/AppData/Local/PunkBuster/BF4
4.2: Run "chmod +W -R pb" to get write permission to the folder.

5.1: Go to ~/Games/battlefield-4/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games/Battlefield 4/ and remove 'pb' folder.
5.2: Remove pbsvc.exe, we will download a new one from Evenbalance.

6: Download PunkBuster Setup (PBSetup) AND PunkBuster Service Installer (pbsvc) from http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads.php

7.1: Place pbsvc.exe in ~/Games/battlefield-4/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games/Battlefield 4/
7.2: Run pbsvc.exe with Wine ("wine pbsvc.exe")

8.1: Open Lutris
8.2: Select Battlefield 4
8.3: Click the arrow right of the Wine Icon
8.4: Click "Run EXE inside Wine prefix"
8.5: Select pbsetup.exe that you downloaded in step 6.
-> When finished you get an error with permission, follow step 4 or give that folder that is specified in the error write permission.

Now you should be able to play the game without getting kicked.
